The client support process focuses on a mutual collaboration with an initial discovery phase whereby we meet with senior members of the management team to understand the specific business and team dynamics and discuss our approach to implementing a plan to achieve the agreed to goals. That plan of course also includes meeting with sales and sales management staff.

We determine clear objectives for the support services project and establish an agreed to ongoing feedback loop to assure we are gauging progress and making any adjustments to our plan that may be necessary.

He has held leadership positions in both domestic and International markets.

His Pinnacle Partners consulting practice uses proven sales and management best practices, along with advanced techniques to help client company’s sales teams continue to evolve their sales and business development strategies, along with their skills that can increase revenue, profitability, as well as business predictability.

Paul’s extensive familiarity in working with emerging or growing entrepreneurial companies coupled with more mature organizations makes him well qualified to understand the business dynamics across a broad range of company profiles. His main focus and expertise has been on early and mid-market growth stage technology companies.

He is particularly skilled in working with the special challenges associated with start-up or business transition situations. Mr. De Paul has worked with technology companies often funded by venture capital firms such as Kleiner-Perkins, Caufield & Byers, Warburg-Pincus, Redpoint Ventures and Summit Partners.
His individual corporate life experience ranged from larger firms (most often through acquisition) such as KPMG, Platinum technology, IBM, Dunn & Bradstreet Software to a host of smaller, entrepreneurial firms such as Metaphor, Merant, WiseWindow, NewWorldIQ and Protellicess Software.
Paul has lead the building of entire sales, services and support organizations on both a domestic and international basis, along with managing new product launches and channel partner programs. He has been instrumentally involved in a number of liquidity events that have yielded significant investor returns.
His credentials also include driving the implementation of formalized sales process methodology across multiple organizations bringing proven best practices to companies focused on improving overall sales results, staff productivity and business predictability.
